    Simple Booking Procedure – pre-printed request forms are provided in hard copy or electronic format and requests are simply emailed, phoned or faxed using our toll free number.

  • Flexibility – we can organise a collection or paramedical examination at a time and place that suits the needs of your busy clients
  • Rapid Turnaround Time – most test results are available within 24 hours of collection
  • Follow-up – mindful of the need to finalise insurance policies our Client Services Coordinators follow up clients to ensure testing is completed and results are forwarded to the insurance company

    How do Advisors access our services?

    Simply ring our client service coordinators on 08 9317 0781 to make arrangements.

    Where do the results go and when?

    Results are forwarded to the requesting insurance company along with client/advisor details in hard copy format.  Optional electronic access to results through a secure dedicated results website provides insurance companies with rapid access to results.

    Advisors are notified when all results and reports for their clients have been received and have been forwarded to the relevant insurance companies.
