Profile
Dr McLellan graduated form the University of Western Australia in 1991. He undertook Physicians training (sub-specialty of Infectious Diseases) at Royal Perth Hospital and the University of Tennessee, USA, obtaining his FRACP in 2000. He subsequently trained in Clinical Microbiology at RPH and the PathCentre, receiving his FRCPA in 2004. He joined Western Diagnostic Pathology in 2004. His special interests include diagnostic microbiology, fever of unknown origin, infections related to travel, osteoarticular and soft tissue infections, endocarditis, mycobacterial and fungal infections, antibiotic use and complex genitourinary infections. Duncan also works at Fremantle Hospital as a Consultant Infectious Diseases Physician.
