Home visit & residential aged Care service
Western Diagnostic Pathology are pleased to offer a home/residential aged care service in the event you are unable to visit a collection centre within the Perth metro area. One of Western Diagnostic Pathology’s experienced team members will attend your residency to collect your bloods as close to your booking request as possible.
Our home/residential aged care collection service is available Monday to Friday from 7am until 3pm, servicing the metro suburbs of Perth and, is bulk billed so you will not be required to pay (unless the tests requested are not tests that are covered by Medicare).
How to book a home/residential aged care visit:
There are two ways to book your visit.
- Using the email address below, email Western Diagnostic Pathology your name, address, which tests are required and the date you would like us to visit your residency. wdp.homevisits@wdp.com.au
- Or simply phone our office on (08) 9317 0708 to make a booking over the phone.
Please note: patients who are housebound will receive first priority for this service.
